I called one day, the next day the electrician (who turned out to be the owner of the business) appeared and had the installation of a complex hanging lamp complete in a half hour. He let me watch. The wires always went where he directed them the way DIY videos

He did not resolve the problem

Response: You hired us to resolve an issue with a short circuit we came out to your LEASED property and fixed just that.Our crew isolated the issue turned the power back on and explained to you that there is an issue with your landscape lighting that is causing the short and that is what caused the motors on the chandelier to malfunction wee made it to you very clear that you needed new motors but you told us that you lease the property and that you would have to bring it to the property Owners attention we never heard back from you.so if we didn't resolve the short circuit issue why did you pay us you even
